She has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in a variety of clinical setting such as schools, foster care, in-patient, pain management clinics and private practice. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University where she earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology in 1994.

Susan believes her job is to help clients find an exciting, abundant, fulfilling life. She has worked in mental health care and social services since 1997 in a school, adoption agency, county mental health care center and private practice. She earned her bachelors degree in Psychology at Baker University in 1995 and her Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Kansas in 1997.
Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, as well as a Parent and Life Coach. She works with children, teens, adults and couples. She focuses on issues realted to anxiety, anger, depression, grief/loss, adoption/infertility, marital issues and parenting concerns.
Susan uses Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, supportive therapy and play therapy. She is able to offer coaching services via phone and evening hours are available for all services. She feels it is both an honor and a prvilege to work together with clients to help bring about positive changes in their lifes.

Kim is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist in both Missouri and Kansas. She is also a nationally certified counselor and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Kim received both her Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Science from Kansas State University.
Since 1980, Kim has counseled individuals, couples, children, and families. She is also clinical supervisor for other counselors and students.

Kristin Swan has over 16 years experience in the field of social work. She is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed for independent practice in the State of Missouri.
Ms. Swan has a committment to her clients by providing therapy/counseling with in depth practical approaches for enhancing their lives and changing unhelpful patterns. Clients work with her to not only understand themselves but also to devise practical solutions to their problems. She helps clients discern what is really important to them and foster and nurture their efforts toward what really matters.
In therapy sessions several different approaches may be utilized such as cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, play therapy and other therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve a client-centered, satisfactory outcome.
